Ingredients for chocolate muffins

Chocolate muffin preparation

Step 1

Put the milk, melted butter, eggs, and sugar together in a basin and stir well.

Step 2

Mix low powder, cocoa powder, starch and baking powder evenly and sift into a liquid basin. Stir well, pour in the chocolate beans and mix well. Pour into a piping bag, squeeze until the paper cup is 7~8 minutes full, and sprinkle with some chocolate chips. You can also put your favorite cookies.

Step 3

Preheat i7 to 170 degrees and bake for 28 minutes. Preheat the cypress oven to 175 degrees for 20 minutes, then bake at 170 degrees for 8 minutes.
