Smoked garlic and persimmon oil pasta
[3-340] This is a story about going into the shed to pick beans and picking persimmons…… When I got home, I found that I forgot to buy onions and forget to pull garlic, but fortunately, there was a bottle of Laba garlic in the refrigerator —–
Pasta practice
Step 1
Take the pasta according to your own amount of food, throw it into a pot of salted water and cook until you like it, turn off the heat and remove it, and mix sesame oil depending on your mood
Step 2
Heat the pot and spread the bacon, and I was worried that it would not be cooked in the later stage, so I threw it into the pot when cooking the noodles until the basically ripe tender kidney beans (I think in practice…… It should be cooked without burning)
Step 3
Fry over low heat until the bacon is slightly rolled, find a way to turn it over, and fry the kidney beans until the surface is slightly charred and then turned
Step 4
Continue to fry the bacon to your liking, remove the pan to clean up, and throw a handful of garlic slices into the pot first
Step 5
Fry the kidney beans carefully until the burnt garlic on both sides smells very fragrant, throw in the tomatoes that have been cleaned up in advance and cut into large pieces, and sprinkle with a little salt
Step 6
Fry the persimmons over low heat while rescuing the kidney beans out of the pot, add a little water when you finish, cover the lid and simmer the persimmons softly, about a minute or two, open the lid and grind them into a puree
Step 7
Throw the bacon kidney beans back into the pot, sprinkle pepper according to personal preference, stir well and gurgle slightly before throwing the noodles
Step 8
Stir it well and try to see if you want to add salt or pepper, there is no problem and throw the pepper ring
Step 9
Just swipe twice to turn off the heat and remove the pot, habitually admire the two eyes, and then eat noodles happily
Step 10
Come on, open your mouth~
Step 11
I’m gone, see you tomorrow~
