My specialty dish is stir-fried pasta with black pepper beef fillet

Light meals are my daily lunch choice, and I don’t like vegan because I love meat very much

Ingredients for stir-fried pasta with black pepper beef fillet

PastaA handful Beef250 g
onionsHalf broccoliAmount
carrotHalf a root Black pepper sauceTwo spoons
Oil and saltAmount starchA spoonful
Ground black pepperAmount

Stir-fried pasta with black pepper beef fillet

Step 1

Cut the beef into strips, add starch, pepper, a little salt, shred the onion and carrots, cut the broccoli into flowers one by one, and set aside

Step 2

Boil hot water in the pot, put down the pasta and cook, cook for about 10 minutes, depending on the taste you like, extend or shorten the cooking time appropriately

Step 3

Add salt, oil to prevent pasta from sticking

Step 4

Blanch the broccoli in another pot of water for one minute

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan, put down the onion slices and stir-fry to taste

Step 6

Add the marinated beef strips and stir-fry until the beef changes color

Step 7

Add black pepper sauce to taste

Step 8

Finally, add the pasta, stir well and serve!

Step 9

A delicious, colorful and delicious meal is ready!
