Traditional Italian black pepper beef pizza

Step 1

Cut the beef into thin slices, add all the marinated beef ingredients, mix evenly and marinate for 2 hours. Then put an appropriate amount of olive oil or butter in the pot and stir-fry the beef, then sprinkle in an appropriate amount of black pepper and stir-fry well, let cool and set aside.

To prepare the ingredients for the pizza sauce, peel and dice the tomatoes, finely chop the garlic, and dice the onion.

Pour olive oil into the pot, add minced garlic and onion and stir-fry until the water evaporates and turns slightly yellow, then pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry well.

Then add tomato paste, sugar and salt and stir-fry until the water evaporates.

In this step, the water should be fried dry, otherwise the pizza will come out of the soup after baking. Finally, add chopped black pepper and chopped parsley and stir-fry well and set aside. The finished product is about 300 grams, and about 140 grams are used for each pizza.

The dough ingredients are mixed and kneaded until smooth, and let rise at room temperature until twice as large. (It can also be refrigerated to ferment overnight). Take out one-third of the fermented dough, sprinkle with corn flour, knead it into a circle, relax, roll it into a cake shape, and continue to loosen if there is a shrinkage. Then keep pushing your hands out from the middle. Until it forms a round cake, thin in the middle and thick on all sides. Poke the hole with a fork.

This pizza is about 27 cm in diameter. Spread pizza sauce first and sprinkle with a layer of cheese crumbs.

Preheat the E9 oven to 270 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes. ⚠️ Note: The temperature of baking pizza must be above 250 degrees to make the crust better colored. It is better to have a slate. No air jet is required for entering the furnace. This type of pizza only needs to be baked once.
