oyster sauce2 scoops Light soy sauce2 scoops
Wine1 scoop ketchupMeasure the spoon to taste

How to make crispy grilled chicken cutlets

Step 1

Prepare the chicken breast to wash and slice, and pat it with the back of a knife

Step 2

Put it in a bowl, add green onion, ginger, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, white pepper, and sugar to taste

Step 3

Stir evenly, marinate to taste and set aside

Prepare the egg wash and breadcrumbs
