Ingredients for black olive focaccia

High gluten flour250 g Warm210 g
Yeast powder3 grams sugar3 grams
salt3 grams corn oil8 g
Ham sausage2 sticks Spanish black olives6 pieces

The recipe for black olive focaccia

Step 1

Flour + water + yeast powder + sugar + salt + oil Mix well with a silicone spatula

Step 2

Cover the mixed dough with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for half an hour

Step 3

After half an hour, stretch and fold the dough 3 times

Step 4

After folding 3 times, refrigerate the dough for half an hour

Step 5

Grease a baking sheet, turn the dough upside down and stretch it to the size of a baking sheet

Step 6

Ferment at room temperature to 2x in size

Step 7

Top with ham slices and black olives

Step 8

Bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 20 minutes
