Recipe for pasta with St. Paulan cheese

Step 1

With its good melting properties, Saint Paulin is ideal for hot pots, cheese pots or adding creamy textures to hot dishes such as pasta, mashed potatoes or stews.

Step 2

French Saint-Paulan cheese is based on carefully selected pasteurized milk and surface fermented using traditional techniques. During its maturation phase, specific microorganisms are nurtured through periodic application, resulting in the signature orange shell and extreme smoothness of the interior.

Step 3

Put water, sea salt and olive oil in a pot, bring to a boil, add pasta, and cook for 10 minutes

Spray olive oil in another pot

Step 5

Put in the cherry tomatoes cut in half

Step 6

Fry the juice over low heat

Squeeze on the ketchup

Cooked pasta is scooped into the tomatoes
