Thai meat foam rice

It is said to be one of the most common dishes on the streets of Thailand. Minced pork used in the original recipe. The family doesn’t like to eat pork, so chicken thighs are used instead.

Ingredients for meat foam rice in Thailand

oyster sauce1 tablespoon Fish sauce2 tablespoons

The practice of making meat foam rice in Thailand

Step 1

Cut the cowpeas into small cubes and blanch them for later use.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic and two wattles, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

Step 3

Chop the chicken thighs and chop the nine-story tower for later use.

Step 4

Heat a little more oil, add minced garlic and two wattle sprouts and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 5

Add minced chicken thighs and stir-fry until browned.

Step 6

Add diced onion, diced cowpeas, and cherry tomatoes and stir-fry evenly.

Step 7

Pour all the seasonings together, squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Stir-fry evenly.

Step 8

The nine-story pagoda can be turned off and stir-fried a few times.
