Ingredients for Thai Luchu

Peeled mung beans150g Coconut milk130g
condensed milk40 g butter10 g
sugarAmount Food coloringcrumb
Agar strips10g Water300 g

The method of Luchu, Thailand

Step 1

Peel the mung beans and soak them in the refrigerator overnight

Step 2

Rinse the soaked mung beans several times until the water runs clear

Step 3

Spread the mung beans on the steamer mat and steam over medium heat for 40 minutes

Step 4

10g agar soaks for one hour

Step 5

Put the steamed mung beans in a meat grinder, pour in coconut milk and condensed milk and puree

Step 6

Add butter and a little sugar to the mung bean puree and fry over medium heat

Step 7

Stir-fried until the newspaper, not touched

Step 8

Pinch the shape you want

Step 9

Food coloring is mixed with water (a small amount of water).

Step 10

Pour in 300g of water and boil until melted

Step 11

Turn off the heat and let cool for 5 minutes to start wrapping the agar

Step 12

Wrap the agar in two batches and let it dry
