Step 1

One serving of pho is soaked in water in advance and soaked for later use

Step 2

Soak the fungus and set aside

Step 3

Prepare a pot, pour 500ml of cooking water, add 7*7 cm kelp and cook slowly over low heat

Step 4

Add cargo cubes, cabbage, shrimp skin, and coriander root to the pot to make a broth

Step 5

While boiling the broth, prepare other dishes

Step 6

After the broth boils, remove the cabbage, coriander root and kelp, then put the oyster mushrooms, fungus and meat slices into the broth and turn to low heat and cook slowly.

Step 7

After the pot is boiled, pour in soy sauce and black pepper and mix well to taste.

Step 8

Put the frozen tofu and small rapeseed in it

Step 9

Take another pot, blanch the pho and put it in the broth.

Step 10

Put the coriander segments before eating and you’re done.

Cooking techniques for Thai boat noodles

1. If you have time, you can boil more broth and freeze it in the refrigerator. 2. You can choose your favorite category. 3. Meat can also be replaced with ribs / chicken 4. If you like sourness, squeeze a little lemon juice before eating.
