How to fry pork neck in Thailand

Step 1

Fork the pork neck out of the hole with a fork

Prepare the marinade and mix the fragrant rice and chili noodles

Add fish sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar and mix well

Put the pork neck in the marinade

Stir evenly and marinate for 30 minutes
