Thai Cooking School – Thai Cashew Chicken (Simple and Delicious Authentic Thai Food~)
My husband and I love Thailand and Thai food, and this time I went to Thailand to participate in a one-day Thai cooking course, and learned a few real local Thai dishes~ One of my favorites is this cashew chicken, the ingredients are simple, easy to cook, and the taste is great! And the most rare thing is that basically the ingredients of this dish are easy to buy in China~ Serve a bowl of rice, paired with this cashew chicken, fresh and crispy, super delicious~~! How to make Thai cashew chicken
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients and slice the chicken breast in advance
Step 2
Small corn, onion, carrot, dried chili pepper are all sliced, green onions cut into sections, and garlic is minced
Step 3
Start preparing the sauce, which is measured with this spoon in the picture
Step 4
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce, 1/2 soy sauce, 1 oil consumption, 1 teaspoon (slightly smaller spoon) granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon chili sauce

Stir all the seasonings well
Step 6
Finally, sprinkle a little white pepper to enhance the flavor, (it doesn’t matter if you don’t have it) This way, the sauce is ready~

Put oil in a pot, heat over medium heat, add dried chili peppers and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add cashew nuts and chicken

Wait until the surface of the chicken turns white, pour all the remaining ingredients (except the dressing) into the pan and stir-fry.

After stir-frying for a while, pour the sauce into the pot, turn to high heat, and stir-fry with the ingredients

After stir-frying well, wait until the ingredients are broken and you can get out of the pot! (Isn’t it simple~~~)

Cooking tips for Thai cashew chicken
Thais basically use fish sauce to season, rarely use salt, if you use fish sauce, you can bring out the sweetness of vegetables and chicken~
