How to cook red wine

Step 1

Pears stewed in French red wine: (1) Wash and peel 1 pear; (2) Pour 300ml of Shantu red wine, 35g of rock sugar, 3 star anise, and 2 cinnamon sticks into the pot; (3) Turn on the heat and bring to a boil, add the pear; (4) Simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool; (5) Take out the slices of the pear, drizzle with red wine juice, and enjoy

Step 2

Spanish fruit wine: (1) fresh orange, strawberry, lemon, apple washed; (2) Slice and put into a glass bottle; (3) Pour in 375ml of Shantu red wine, 250ml of soda, 60ml of brandy, 40ml of orange juice, 30ml of lemon juice, stir well; (4) Put ice cubes in the glass, pour in the fruit red wine, and enjoy
